Shipping and Delivery

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Destinations

We are currently shipping to Canada only. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that processing time may vary during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. For Candle Boutique orders, allow 7-10 business days. Additionally, for Bulk/wholesale orders takes about 15-20 days depending upon volume.

4. Shipping Methods and Times

We offer the following estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-10 business days.
    • Express Shipping (Canada): 1-4 business days.
The above timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping for:

    • Standard Shipping (Canada): Orders over $99.
    • Express Shipping: Orders over $199.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipping to certain regions due to local laws or carrier restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to such restrictions, and we will notify customers and provide a full refund.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@aromecollection.com.

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen factors. In the event of a delay or lost shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as best as possible. However, please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

10. Delivery Issues

If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, it may result in delayed or failed delivery. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Should an order be returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of receipt of product. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at info@aromecollection.com within 48 hours of receipt, providing proof of damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Please note we do not offer any return on candles sold using custom labels unless there has been a spelling error caused at our end. Also, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom blend candles by Candle boutique, as these items are specially crafted according to your preferences. Nature of Product

Customers of arôme acknowledge that each item is handmade, which may result in minor imperfections that vary from the images displayed on the website. These natural variations are not considered defects. Our candle tins are crafted from natural and recycled materials, which may occasionally include minor imperfections such as faint indents, marks, or scratches. These do not affect the product’s performance, and customers should understand that slight variations between tins are possible.

You can now add a custom label to one of our signature scents! Your label will include a name, a short description and scent notes. Here is an example.
